These terms govern access to RousselTM Learning, a free platform of courses and technical articles. Using the site implies acceptance of these terms.
Access and account
Content can be read freely. A free account lets you track progress, take notes and get certificates of participation. You are responsible for your credentials and the accuracy of the information you provide.
Certificates of participation
A certificate attests that you validated every module of a course on the platform. It is not a degree or an official certification and can be verified through its QR code; forging one is forbidden.
Acceptable use
You must not disrupt the site (attacks, abusive automated scraping), try to access other accounts or republish content without permission.
Content and liability
Content is educational and provided without warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. The publisher is not liable for damage resulting from applying the commands and configurations shown.
Suspension and deletion
The publisher may suspend an account used against these terms. You may ask for deletion of your account and data at any time through the contact form.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. An amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
