
Dynatrace Implementation Professional Certification
Welcome to the Dynatrace Implementation Professional Certification.
The Dynatrace Implementation Professional Certification focuses on Dynatrace Practitioners who implement Dynatrace to solve requirements and drive business value. This certification will allow you to show that you can architect, plan, and implement the Dynatrace platform and manage data ingestion for its components.
Note: You can reattempt this certification exam after 14 days. However, you only have four attempts in a one year period. Please plan accordingly.
Prérequis
Before embarking on the Dynatrace Administration Professional Learning Path and scheduling the exam, ensure you meet the following prerequisites:
- Familiarity with Service Oriented Application (SOA) Architectures.
- Understanding of Application Servers such as WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat, IIS, etc.
- Knowledge of the structures of mobile and web applications and their underlying hosting architecture, including databases, networks, and processes.
- General familiarity with application performance metrics.
- Proficiency with operating systems like Windows, UNIX, VMware, etc.
- Understanding of Cloud and New Stack Technologies such as Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry, IBM Cloud, OpenStack, OpenShift, etc.

Upon completion of this learning path, you will be able to:
- Describe how to architect a Dynatrace solution to meet particular business requirements
- Explain the types and methods of data ingestion available on Dynatrace
- Explain the Dynatrace platform architecture, and differences between a Managed and SaaS deployment
- Describe how to deploy Dynatrace OneAgent and other ingestion components
- Describe how to utilize OpenPipeline to optimize data ingestion
- Understand best practices to follow to meet data security and privacy requirements
- Design and implement a user access model, including identity access management, permissions and policies
- Manage integrations with external data sources
- Describe how Dynatrace supports automation of business processes
- Configure automation of basic business processes
- Describe how to develop an implementation plan to rollout Dynatrace in an organization
- List the resources to contact for Dynatrace support
