Entrust part of remediation to governed AI agents, from multicloud to incidents.
The principle #
Dynatrace Intelligence adds agents that can act: an Autonomous SRE Agent for incident resolution and a Cloud SRE Agent that coordinates remediation across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, with an auditable record. A separate community project, Cloud SRE Agents, dispatches problems to agents based on interaction profiles.
