Frequently asked questions

Why OVHcloud rather than a US hyperscaler?

European hosting, SecNumCloud-qualified offers, predictable pricing and open standards (OpenStack, S3, Kubernetes) that ease reversibility. The managed service catalogue is smaller: assess it against your needs.

How can I practise without an OVHcloud account?

The labs simulate the open building blocks: MinIO for the S3 API, k3d for Kubernetes and terraform test mock providers to validate Terraform code. The same commands then apply to the real Public Cloud.
